I was told some years ago that if a road accident victim in Spain arrives at a hospital alive and subsequently dies it is not classed as a road death.
True or not I do not know.

We do not know either, but if someone can bend the figures they will, and this is one way to make things look better.

The mighty Everton are the number 1 team in Liverpool ,hope this helps
