HI, I HAVE A PROPERTY ON THE COSTA DEL SOL, MY BANK HAS JUST TAKEN OUT 111 EUROS AS A DOMICILE PAYMENT, ANYONE NO WHAT THIS IS
MY ELECTRIC, RUBBISH , COUNCIL RATES ARE ALL DIRECT DEBIT
IM A NON RESIDENT AND I PAY MY NON RESIDENTS TAX EACH YEAR
ANY IDEAS PLEASE ??? CANT BE A UTILITY BILL

You will have a non resident bank account?
Every 2 years the bank has to confirm your residency status and provide authorities with a certificate to that affect. The bank can charge whatever they like for this service, but 111 euros does seem a bit steep.
Ask your bank to confirm, this is what that debit is for.

hi, despite my bank unwilling to tell me who it was for, i looked back to last year and see it was rubbish collection, happy now
