Ok... I've taken the plunge and register at Malaga Uni to study Spanish for a year, yey! (thanks to you guys for your help!)
, now I'd like to make sure I have everything else I may need, such as paperwork... is there anything I would rally need that I should sort out now?
I was told before I lived in France that I'd need an official translation of my birth certificate (the full one, that was a pain to find!), and actually, I never needed it in the first place. So is there anything you recommend I should take or find etc??
Thank you very much!!!

First of all, I'm a SHE not a HE!!!!!!
So, I didnt really clarify, Ive taught English before and I would like to just do it again privately. I would work in a school if the pay was ok and to little'uns.
I will check out the names you gave, great! Thanks all.

its easily got, in 30 minutes, from malaga police station. if you want, i´ll post how exactly (step by step instructions)
you dont "need" a padronamiento, but its good for the town that you live in. and for this reason i´d recommend getting it.
thats it, one document. u can do everything with it.

ok, to actually LIVE in spain, you only "NEED" an NIE number. (like a national insurance number.)
