I would be most grateful if one could inform me if I can issue Denuncia on line from U.K.
I have serious issue regarding Spanish Companies involved in fraudelent activities in Fuerteventura relating to property matters in Cape Verde.
I have a Solicitor in Cape Verde and previous Spanish Sols have intimated that there is indeed a case to be answered but as is usual the cost keep mounting without any assurance of any benefit even when successful.
Indeed a Spanish solicitor who would try and chase these monies on a " no win no fees" would be more attractive.
I have as much info as they would require to commence proceedings and it may well be an easy conclusion.
The amount involved is in the region of about 150,000 Euro.
Any direction would be appreciated.

I am with the other posters, in welcoming you to BE. I can't give you any practical advice either.

I sympathise with you though, and hope that you can sort the matter out in a reasonable length of time.

Be prepared for a long process.

Ps. If you are one of a group of people with the same complaint against a builder, have you checked to see if there is a group of 'unhappy customers' that could band together?

Could you not go to trading standards and file a complaint with them and they pass it on over here? Other than that, phone Consumo over here and make an official denounce.
