It was the moment he went so quiet after I had posted an edited version of his website registration, then came back and tried to take the micky out of the members of the forum.

a quick google for that handle showed me he had used it for 5-6 years and was posting identical opening message on other expat forums.

good riddance.

In the most cases you are right, but there are streets where the numbers go 'as the ox plows', and it's up the one side and then down the other.

The numbering system can drive you quite mental at times, I speak from experience.

At times on even private housing estates they don't follow any pattern known to man...or woman. :eek: :confused:

Those are the best, and I have been known to call down multiple curses on the heads of those concerned.

The very worst are streets with NO numbers, just names, especially if they haven't bothered to put a name plate up...... :thumbdown:
