Default Cyclists

OK, not the right place, but nowhere else to put it

I bought a new bike. I figured out all the gears and suspension, but there is one thing on the handlebars that I cant figure at all as it isnt mentioned anywhere in the manual

Any clever cyclists out there recognise what it might be? Its simply a round plastic thing strapped to the handlebar with a spring loaded button on the side, not connected to anything

Could it be a little round box type thingy to put your "somthing for the weekend sir", in?

Or could it be "Mace Spray"?

No no .... I touched it everywhere
Ooooooh Matron

Remarkably it does seem to be some kind of inadequate bell. You have to pull the button back and let it go, and it makes little noise

Beaten by the obvious ... thanks agoreira

You don't press it , you ping it !

It looks exactly like the bell on mine flick the lever downwards and it pings

It appears that to be a Supermod, you dont have to know how to ring the bell on yer bike.

(It´s a bell, put your thumb on the smaller part with grooves, it´s on a spring. Pull back, let go: "Pling"!)
