We sent back some parcels of personal effects from Goa, India last month and apart from two they are all being held in Madrid customs. I have sent forms, proof of residence in India and a few but not all receipts. Has anyone some suggestions as to what to do now as we are getting nowhere with them despite phone calls and endless bits of paper?
