I think that's the best choice, if it doesn't work, you can walk away. If you do like it, it'll give you chance to have a good look around, get a feel for the area, maybe Quesada is not for you but somewhere else is. Several members here have stayed in Spain but found that their initial choice of location was not for them, so have moved to another place. Renting gives you the freedom to do that.
