I did it years ago - it used to be you needed to deposit 6000€ into the business account but I expect it is different now - worth a look here

check if you really need SL there is also a 'modulos' option - depends on turnover etc.

I heard/read somewhere they were going to change it to 1 euro to open a new business.

I originally was going to bring my UK based business here when we moved but didn't in the end for multiple reasons.
