Just the thing I'd do as it would annoy me as well. If I dropped the ball and broke the parking laws then it's bug me that I couldn't find a way to pay for it. I'd end up having nightmares that one day I'd be at home and the bailiffs came round to throw me out on the streets. An exaggeration, I know, but nevertheless, that'd be how my mind worked.
