I was sure that someone on here once posted a recipe for cottage cheese, I did think of looking through the threads but can you imagine the links I would get for both cottage and cheese.. so I thought it would be easier to start a new thread.

oi bob, don't be nasty, you're beginning to sound like Rugbymatt, I did search as it happens, but I will admit to rushing and not spelling cottage right. Difficult I know for an intelligent person like myself but not all of us are perfect !! Sarcasm and nastiness are not nice traits...

Out of interest I looked at some recipes and was thinking of having a go until I noticed that they say specifically not to use UHT milk.

Has anyone tried it with UHT milk?

Didn't spot that, I made some yesterday with UHT and it's fine.
