Nice pic of Rago apartments

Any of you who have not completed yet been offered the fully furnished option and 5% guaranteed rental income for year one? We have not!

Its easy to guarantee a rental income for the first year.you just add it to the price of the house by including it before they say the selling price. wouldnt supprise me if they offered to pay you up front.they cant give you a big discount or that would upset the people who were about to sighn on the other propetys

I want to take a year or two out in Spainn again but something just keeps holding me back, i dont want to come back here and start again if it goes pete tong

I know what you mean, just look at the UK car threads for people that won`t listen, but don`t take anything to heart.
Just think of what the mods have to put up with.

Back from 10 days in Esuri and have to say it was most excellent. It's more the region that I love rather than the Urb, but it's coming on a pace and I still think it will be great when it matures.

A big thankyou to 'yes you can' who really helped me with the Ikea delivery and a thanks to anyone else that offered help.

I'll be back on 19th June and can't wait. Surely there's got to be the Euro Championships on?

I guess it was an easy mistake to make for some people, you know, with the drunken ramblings in a language no one understands..........or in his case, Welsh.

Hello all, we have 3 questions to ask:

1) Who did you get to install broadband in your house / apartment and how much did it cost.....any recommendations etc?

2) How about Sky TV?

3) is anyone out for the week commencing 6th June and would like some company on the golf course?

Mark & Gilly
