Hi John, they do not speak english (but you can ask... just in case). They are open to the public on tuesdays and thursdays to answer your questions. They are 100% technicians (not commercial people), so this is the place to have some real answers. The telephone is 959 282 801 (they do not normally answer any technical questions by phone).

The ENDESA technical office in Huelva is located in Paseo De La Glorieta 8, 21002 Huelva.

Thanks Graham and to all others that replied, we willl take a look when we are next over. Soon I hope!! If we do get some, I will let you all know whether they fade or not??

Hi all,

We have an apartment on Rago 1 Block 13 and our lifts have never worked. We were told by our solicitor this was because we are on, dare I mention it, "Builders Electric" and until the mains are connected it will remain like this.

Does anyone out there on Rago 1 have working lifts, or can anyone clarify if the info we were given is correct?

Sounds about lifts need a big surge of power to get started which would probably knock the genie out. Course non of this applies if they are hydraulic and a lot of low rise apartment blocks are!

Unfortunately quite a few of us have completed, all with different solicitors, and none of us were told that we shouldn't have completed without electricity. At the end of the day, this is the sort of information you employ a solicitor for ....

I dont think half of you realise that YOU ARE NOT IN ENGLAND.you are in spain.things are diferent here.things work difrently here.the system is diferent here.what applies in england has no bearing here....it is normal to complete with builders electric.the gas.water.and electric meters are your responsibility to get conected.and they cant be conected unless you have the paperwork relating to the owner of the house not the builder..you cant blame them for not putting the lifts on because if you were in the lift and the gennie cut you would be stranded and if there was no one around as most are still unocupied.you may well be found dead.so look at it as for your own saefty

Hi John & Lyn,
We are on Rago 1 Block 5 & our lift is working, it has been for a few weeks now, it may be something to do with the fact that in January we wanted to go to our apartment & take my mother who uses a wheelchair so we asked Fadesa if the lift would be working before we booked our flight & Grace said the chief technician assured her it would be, we did check with them twice more just to incase they made a mistake & i`m sure you can guess what`s coming, when we arrived suprise suprise no lift working, big panic stations for Fadesa, they offered to put us up in a hotel, we said no, why buy an apartment & stay in a hotel!. So the security guys had to carry the wheelchair up & down the stairs each time we went out, & we are on the top floor, as you can imagine not happy bunnies. Fadesa have said they will pay for our flights & car hire to compensate , still waiting! but we are over again next week so hopefully sought it out, going without mother though.
