I too am in the UK and have no problem with the Caja Granada internet banking....BUT when I originally signed up to the internet banking it was with this .co.uk e-mail address. Maybe that is the difference?
I wrote to them last week to close my account....hope it works! (Edited to add: also e-mailed them on the link given above, attaching the letter I wrote. Thanks rafikiphoto!). Edited again: Just tried to sign in and I get an error message too! Maybe the site is down - or maybe they have closed my account! Wonders will never cease if they have! :) EDITED YET AGAIN: Just had an e-mail to confirm that my account has been closed!! Yay! Spain is getting into the 21st centry at last! Sorry for going OT. |

I have now been able to contact Caja Granada, there WAS a problem logging in to my account, this has now been fixed and I can now log in again and access my account. Did you know they now charge for the privilage of having a cash card?? :sneaky: The contact form on the web site still does not work, it will not accept my Passport or NIE number or ANY number for that matter, i have told them about this in my email to them but they have not come back to me. |
