Hello
Is anyone else having having trouble accessing their Spanish bank account with BMN online lately.
I have an account with Caja Granada which has reciently merged with the BMN banking group.
I have tried telephoning them but they don't have anyone who speaks English and my Spanish is not good enough to explain what the problem is!
It has now become very urgent that I can access my account online as I have moved back to the UK.
If anyone knows of an English contact for this bank or Caja Granada please can you let me know.
Thank you

I have just logged on to my Caja Granada (BMN) account on-line with no problems whatsoever (I live in Spain).
The only telephone number I could find on the site is for their call centre which they say is manned 24 hours a day (presumably somebody there must/will speak Engliush) Tel; 901 24 07 12.
You could always try filling out their contact form in english, e-mail it to them in the hope that somebody replies in English? The form is here;
https://www.cajagranada.es/servlet/S...es&sitename=CG
Hope it helps

Hello
Thanks for your reply.
I should have mentioned i am trying to access the online banking from the UK, i get the error message below.
Translated to English: 'Access to this code BMNonline user is restricted to the IP that has determined the key holder'
Tried to speek to someone on the 901 24 07 12 number got transferred to Caja Granada but no one there speeks English! Like banging you head against a brick wall!
I have tried their online contact form but it will not accept my UK passport number!
Any ideas?

I just sent them a message from Spain which was accepted and i don't have any connection with that bank. Your problem is probably your UK IP address in that case. Send them a letter?

There is something wrong with the contact form on the BMN web site...
Debes rellenar de forma correcta los siguientes datos
- El dato Documento identidad es obligatorio
The document number field has been completed without spaces but still gives the error above.
All other fields on the form are ok.
Is there a contact email address I can use?

Which browser are you using? When I get this sort of problem I revert to the latest internet Explorer and try again. It's amazing how many times that works.

Hi
Just tried it on my friends PC with Virgin broadband and exactly the same problem, so I guess it could be a server access issue...
I will write to them instead.
Thanks for your help and suggestions.

I just had a quick look at their website and found a customer services email address: [email protected]
Worth a try. Good luck.
