Anyway, the point being that there is an avenue to follow should you not be happy with the service you are given.

I'd be interested to hear on here from anyone who has followed this path, and what results they achieved.

Every business by law is required to have a complaints book (Libro de Reclamaciones) and you have every right to ask to place an entry in there if you feel it appropriate.

I dont think maney people bother with the book.Ive heard people complain and maybe argue.but I personaly havent seen any one asking for the book.

Thats possibly because they dont know it exists, hence this thread. I've seen one person ask for it, in a front line restaurant in Denia because a chair collapsed and she hurt her leg. They weren't happy about giving it to her, she had to loudly insist. She would need it to be completed in the case of an insurance claim I guess
