consecutive derramas
hi everyone.
can anybody confirm that consecutive communidad derramas are illegal and that there should be at least one year in between ? the amount requested is significant to question. thanks in advance

Surely it depends on the state of the building and what needs doing? But of course a fund should have been built up to cover these things. Talk to the administrators and it's article 20 which covers the budgets etc in the Community Law.
