Thanks It's totally separate from the IBI,{council tax) rubbish collection, but in some urbanisations etc the rubbish collection is included in the community charge. If you do NOT live on an urbanisation or in an apartment block then you should not have a community charge to pay, as it's name suggests, it's a charge on members of that community, |
Re: Community charge
Is there a set fee for ibi

Re: Community charge
Community charges and IBI combined, may not be far off the council tax in UK ......
Whereas some may pay a ridiculously low amount in the campo, others pay quite a hefty amount in urbanisations , for not all that many more amenities |
Re: Community charge
Silly question what is the campo

Re: Community charge
I have an apartment in a block of 12. Our community charge is around 380 euros per year. There is not a pool but there is a lift that is serviced regularly. The public areas are extremely clean and well looked after. There are no outside gardens etc. to maintain.
I have no idea what the costs would be on a large urbanisation but you could search the Ayamonte section of the forum as I am sure there have been posts on the subject. |
