Can anyone tell me if there are many Brits living in or around this area?
Many thanks in advance.

Hi There are quite a few brits living in the Colmenar area -most seem to be out in the campo, quite a few out towards Solano- Colmenar pueblo however is still predominently Spanish.

There are quite a few out towards Antequera and the surrounding towns/villages. We are in Sierra de Yeguas where there are enough to be more secure, but not so many as to warrant passport control at the entrance...
