that with an increasing population there is an increase in the number of people receiving benefits
and with unemployment a decrease in the number of people paying in taxes to pay for benefits

so not that much of a markup on the standard UK price
mind you if you wanted Morrisons or Tesco own label at £0.25 each be prepared for plenty of slop and no quality.

No those aren't missing components, they are symptoms of it.

Even Mercadona sells Heinz baked beans, they are around €0.95 centimos now I think.

oh dear I am sure I can hear the fluffy bunnies stirring and stretching for their Notes on Human Rights etc etc
it seems to me that when they tried for a cull the only people who got knocked off the perch were those who couldn't defend themeselves, make up the lies, just told the truth - which with a 28 page document used to issue brownie points it was almost impossible to gain the requisite 15 points in a single section of disability.

You might as well say we should kill off everybody over the age of 65. After all, they are no longer any good to the global capitalists as a source of cheap labour, we could save a fortune on pensions and they do have a distressing tendency to get sick and cost a lot in healthcare. It sounds a bit different when you might be on the receiving end, doesn't it?

So am I! It might sound fanciful now, but if we let things carry on as they have over the last 30 years or so, I can just hear some future PM (of all countries) standing up and trotting out the argument "it might sound harsh but difficult decision do have to be made, it's just not sustainable to have an aging population, even since we raised the retirement age to 75 the blighters still persist in living too long and there aren't any jobs freed up for the younger ones ...".

However if we just got rid of all women then the problem we soon cease to exist.
