Default Chiclana - Electricity

In another forum it is stated that the Council has found out about Endesa supplying electric meters to unlicensed houses and are going to put a stop to it and advising everyone to apply soonest and pay the fine.

On another point I see a notice about a meeting regarding problems in Chiclana on 3 May in Supressa in Pago de Humo. Again anyone know anything about this?
