I have received a phone call this morning and a text asking me to call 123 and speak to someone in English. Have tried but just get a whole load of messages in Spanish which I cannot understand. Is there anyway to change the language?

Have you tried Google for your query ? I take it you are with Vodafone and the cheap calls abroad deal ? A quick look on Google brought up some 2012 info which might be of help or out of date.

Ok Vodafone trying to get you back maybe by offering a great deal ? Has all the past deal been cancelled properly ? Spain and phone companies seems a disaster.
No idea really as have no deals on my phone, own my phone outright and prepay. Never will have a contract again, must more than 20 yrs since had one and swore never again.

Have you tried going back to the shop where you bought it? ( or one with the same network) We had a similar problem with ours which kept giving us messages and asking us to call a number. Whilst we were shopping in Antequerra we called in at the orange shop ( not the one we originally bought it from) and a nice lady told us all about it in English which saved us a lot of translating, and then downloaded an "app" to allow us to find out what it was all about.
