Default certificate of antiquity

I have a property with 2 large storage rooms on the solarium not recorded. There is no community of owners which is why no other owner bothered to address the situation.I want it to be correct & know I need an architect to draw up plans.Am told it needs this certificate & would be quite easy to obtain in a short time.Anyone had this sort of problem in south costa blanca specifically.

When you bought, did you get an energy certificate? Did it cover those rooms as well?

Yes have an energy certificate.Looked back on the last property I sold & that energy certificate does not specify area.
