Not in Spain, so can't tell you actual prices, but a ceiling fan without light fitting is a similar rating to a standard light - somewhere around 75W. If you have lamps included, then that rating will go up obviously. However, lights are only on at night, whereas a fan can be on all day.
There is a much wider difference in aircon units - a small window unit might be 2.2kw - a bigger system 7.0kw, and how long do you run them?
If your electricity is charged by kWh which is standard in most countries you could run your ceiling fan for around 13 hours for 1 kWh but only run an aircon unit for somewhere between 8 1/2 mins to 29 mins for the same 1 kWh.
Not sure if that helps at all

We have both air con units and ceiling fans in all rooms, we run the fans almost all the time in the summer and actually leave the one in the bedroom running all night.
I couldn't tell you how much they cost but it's not much at all, personally we wouldn't be without them and much prefer them to the air-con.

Aircon units output more heat/cooling that you put in as electrical power.
A 2.6kw unit only uses about 800w. They are cheaper to run that it might appear from the basic specification.

Did think 7kW was rather high
