has anyone got feedback about this organisation please?. Note I have no connection with them and just considering it. Questions like 'whats their customer service like'; 'their exchange rates' ; 'how effective they are' etc etc.

They are currency experts and e.g have a free credit card that you can load up at (apparently) a good rate.... With local currency when traveling

I have had one for over 10 years no negs at all no the best exchange rate but not the worst yoiu can carry more than one currancy on the card,i use as a back up card as a i said no negs from me

Now multi-currency accounts with free debit cards are available eg Wise (also offers currency transfer) are these cards like Caxton worthwhile?

These have really been overtaken by the likes of Wise, Revolut and others. From personal experience the customer service from both of these has always been spot on in my experience.

No, it does not arrive in minutes because it arrives in SECONDS (I am not joking!)

no different to any other bank …. mostly arrives immediately but depends on the circumstances.

Typically though If I use Wise to move £ from HSBC to € in Sabadell in Spain it will be complete in seconds.

so what do wise and revolute do thats different from caxton neither lend money,i can use my caxton card to buy online so i keep sterling and euros on one caxton card.

I would disagree that its the same as Caxton but of course it does depend on your use case.

With Wise I have local bank account numbers in various currencies so for me it functions in the same way as a bank even thouigh strictly speaking its not a bank by definition, AFAIK Caxton doesnt offer this. If Caxton ticks all the boxes for your needs then thats great.

As the OP, Id like to thank everyone for the replies... Looks like there are good options to consider vs Caxton but Caxton looks good.....

W e have had a Caxton card for many years .I had a ATM issue they rein bust my money then sorted out the problem
