Hi I would like to know if I could work in a Spanish casino as a British expat I have 12 years of experience in gaming and would like to explore my options

No not fluent but I can speak a fair amount of Spanish and I know all I need to know to deal the games

I would have thought you would have needed to understand what your clients are talking about in a lot of detail otherwise they could be conniving under your nose without you knowing.

Trouble is, the Spanish tend to do everything hedonistic later and for longer than we UK types. Your relaxing will be done all day long after getting home at 7am. You won't see much sun.

I think your language level will be an issue. It's OK being able to speak a fair amount of Spanish but unless you can approach a Spaniard and hold a fluent conversation in Spanish, then the process of applying for a job is going to be troublesome for you.

I suggest you get over here while the season is on and find some bar work. Improve your Spanish by working in a bar which gets Spanish clients. Get to know a few people and then approach casinos.
