We are not entering into this deal for any form of financial gain and we would be insane to think that way. We have been looking for a long time and do feel we now have found what we have been looking for.
All we want to be sure of is that are eyes are wide open and we do not receive any unexpected shocks in the future.
This is simply our reward for years of hard work and we look forward to a dozen or so long weekends per year plus a family holiday with the grandchildren during summer. I do not wish to prop up the Spanish economy and welcome all forms of help and advice from seasoned veterans dealing with spanish bureaucracy and the inevitable bills associated within.
