Re: Car Purchase

Just in case you buy/bring the car from another country it is best to register it in Murcia, cause the fee is lower than in other comunidades.

The first registration tax is the same everywhere. It is based on CO2 emissions and the official current value of the car.

You don't have a choice as to where you register it, it has to be registered in the province where you live.

Que?

As Fred says, the first registration tax is the same everywhere.

What is different, and based on which town you live in, is the annual 'car tax' (like the old UK tax disc).

Obviously each relocation company or 'car transfer' specialist will charge differently for their services.
