Default Can you still buy Real Ales in Spain ?

Hi

As a occasional drinker i love nothing better than a chilled pint of Real Ale whilst looking at pictures of the Peak District on my Video , and wondered whilst i am aware the video will still work via scart input 1 or 2 on the tv , Real Ale and i dont mean the diluted weak stuff but Real proper mans real Ale as drank in Derbyshire , is it available or is there anything to replace it ?

This is most important and could be the difference between moving or not ..

Oh i drink lager yep mmmm lovely , but its like one of the most important British things isnt it ?
1; Real Ale
2; Peak District
3; Trout fishing

If we cant get them then its not so good is it ? I can bring a video of the Peak District ,(tapes a bit wonky but watchable probably overplayed to much ! ). And i got the Trout Fishing sussed .. so its just the Real Ale and it musnt be the namby pamby but the real stuff , then Spain has it all..

As a substitute for real ale try Belgian beer.
Personally the best beer in Spain is Yuste. Evidently it is brewed in the same tradition as Belgian beer.

http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/legado-de-yuste/27395/
Reading those sites now found it is brewed by Heineken, now that is crap beer!

Ahh but !!!

Would it fool a fully bearded Real Ale drinker ? Bearing in mind that hes a expert on all British things and can smell a true brit hop at 121 miles away ?

I mean could it pass as a Real Ale as the Brits make ? if we put a sticker on a bottle of it saying "Realo Aleo" brewed by Brits sold in Spain , would it work ?

My neighbours wife is Belgian and she assures me that the belgians brew the best beer in the world. I bought her back a couple of bottles of Theaksons Old Peculiar after Christmas and she was particularly unimpressed

We are not saying that they would fool any person. For us it is a local product which we would recommend you try. Especially if you want to live in Spain with Spanish culture.
