Hi and welcome
Moving your family to Malaga or anywhere in Spain at the moment is risky. It may well not be the best way to get a better life.
Life is a struggle for many at the moment and the South especially is suffering economically.
However, if you move your family to Malaga and perhaps commute yourself. Many wives and children live here in Spain while the husband commutes. It is an idea.

Welcome Knitters & family... goodness this question comes up so often - firstly try searching in the forum, there have been loads of similar questions in threads posted in a similar vein in the past six months or so.
You might think people's answers sound negative, it's understandable to see it that way however they're trying to flag up all the issues you should give serious thought to before making any decisions particularly at the moment with 'El Crisis'.... (on which topic, to illustrate how things are, I got asked at a supermarket checkout only yesterday if there was a crisis in the UK too... point being they definitely think there's one here!)
From your post, the first question I'd ask you to ask yourself and your family is what exactly you mean by 'a better life'. There's a thread about quality of life running at the moment, take a peek at it, you might see something to make you consider, or maybe recognise, what it is youŕe really looking for.

I also ho;d a HGV 1 and there is very little work here for this, and what is available (Spain-UK) is poorly paid and done by easter block drivers
Internal work is covered by native drivers btw.
