Camper van
I have retired and want to move to Spain, buy a property to rent out in the hi season.
i also want to buy a LHD van and convert to a camper that I can live in. I need advice on all the above please. Where should I post this please?

From what I know / have read.............
Buy a place in the UK and rent that out.
Buy a Spanish camper van that lets say needs a refurb & you should then have no issues re-registration ETC ETC & Etc.

Why not just buy a camper van here in Spain? New or 2nd hand. They are popular & there's quite a choice. It might prove cheaper than converting a LHD van.

Buy a UK property you'll find it easier long term and likely you'll get a better return.

A converted van will be completely impossible to register in Spain.
Registering first and then converting won't work either, the modifications will cause it to fail the next ITV.
