Camera insurance?

Camera insurance?
I'm looking (again) to change insurer for my camera gear. Camera equipment insurers in UK I have contacted won't cover Spanish residents and I haven't yet found an alternative Spanish insurer. My home insurance covers the gear whilst in the home but I'm looking for all-risks outside the home, Europe/Worldwide. Has anyone here found a local insurer who will insure camera equipment specifically or, indeed, a UK insurer who will provide cover for a Spanish resident?
