Sorry, but the one I'm on about is ONLY for the Alfaz/Albir post codes, and only on the Lorente bus services. The scheme has just been extended to include non Spanish residents. You get a pass which means the cost of a journey is only 80c as opposed to the €1.25 for a normal ticket and the €1.00 for the bonobus pass. You need a form from the Ayuntamiento in either Alfaz or Albir, a passport type photo, copies of your padron, residency certificate and passport, and the form also asks that you have the originals in case they want to see them. It cost €3 payable at Cam bank or BBVA and you need the receipt before taking the completed form back to the Ayuntamiento. If there isn't a scheme in your area, or the scheme isn't for expats, then you need to speak to your local Ayuntamiento.
