Can anybody tell me what these areas are like in the winter.. I have seen some photos with snow but wondered how often it is likely to snow and how long winter lasts. Moving from Canada we want to get away from long winters!

These areas are in the mountains cold with frost and snow, they are the areas most likely to get snow in murcia. we live the otherside of the mountain to Mula, we have temps of minus1 in january, never had snow but the local news show snow in these areas most years. Starts getting cold mid october, and warms up mid march. summer temps up to 39 and 41 july and august.
