BT in Spain

BT in Spain
Has anyone any experience with using BT in Spain through Arrakis for landline and ADSL. Is it reliable? it certainly seems cheaper than Telefonica. I am wondering whether to change to them when my contract is up in September as I am thoroughly ........ off with Telefonica. I have never had a correct factura since I took up their Broadband offer last September. I have to phone every month in order to get the difference refunded.
