We agree then , a bad school whatever the religious or moral standpoint is a bad school and should be closed it it fails and continues to fail.

The promise I'm guessing you're on about was made in 2008, long before the financial crisis started and when Oystercards accounted for a much, much smaller part of ticket sales. Now 3% of ticket sales are through station ticket offices, and if that drops to 0% should we still keep Boris to his promise and keep these offices open because a load of union luddites don't want to embrace new technology? Tube bosses have promised there will be no compulsory redundancies and all stations will be staffed, so what's the big deal? I'm totally unaffected by these strikes, as are millions more, but I have a great deal of sympathy for those that are badly inconvenienced by union bullies.

I did use the word ' if'. I am not leaning one way or the other, but last week on BBC
and sky, there were discussions mentioned, that took place not 18 months ago, which
JOHNSON didnt deny. I dont really care who wins the statistics war, most important
are future ticketing and services to the travelling public going to improve or decline, because no matter, what/how a B.Johnson, management, unions or B.Crow argue out their differences, effect now and the future standards of rail services, which at present
belong to the worst within Europe.Union bullies, management incompetence and indifference has been a cross the Brits have had to bear for many a year.
'Enviroment Agency'....another good example.

Good old Daily Mail!!! An employee has complained.

In fairness though---
The school seems to have quite high standards.

Yes you are right the Times article repeats, that an ex-empoyee has complained. The lessons, not to be taught by male teachers were after-school tennis lessons.
The principal seemed proud of the girls' successful GCSE results with mixed classes.

It is the second complaint!. Not sure why you are attempting to defend the school but exam results are not the only thing to be considered. So it was only after school lessons where they couldn't have a male Teacher....so that's ok is it:blink::blink:

Defending out of fairness. Might be better to wait until the results of the investigation.
If you look at the prospectus photos, it looks a good school in many ways, you might notice one female teacher wearing ear rings etc --not usually worn by strict Muslim ladies!! also shows a mixed class with British male teacher.

I think many mothers of daughters would be quite thankful if their daughters were taught tennis after school by female teachers instead of young male sports teachers!!!! and it has nothing to do with religion.:)

The graduation photos don't seem the show any white students. Most of the females are in the usual headgear.
