The LRAU law was declared illegal by the EU, affected over 100,000 people spanish and other EU expats and still it goes on in Valencia,, so what chance a few brits without electric

Why don't you look up the website for the British Embassy - I´m sure it will detail exactly what is and isn't within their remit.

If you have KNOWINGLY purchased an illegal property I guess you have no leg to stand on. If you choose to break the law in a foreign country why should they help you when it all goes tits up?

If you have been in some way conned, cheated or misinformed, maybe they can help - or direct you to someone who can.

On your last line thats the one and it is hundreds of people but they do all need to come forward and stop being embarrassed

I no its different in the uk, but we are the biggest form of income on the Costa's for the spanish after all ,all these people want is to pay there way
