Caught the last 30 mins of something last night, something about cutting benefits in Tower Hamlets (?) and moving people out of London to cheaper places like Luton, Birmingham etc. Featured a Palestinian family with 7 kids, another gent of Middle Eastern appearance with 9 kids, the first guy earnt £150 a week working part time and £800 in benefits, no wonder they want to scale it back. And yes, there was a white single lady there that was turfed out of her place and moved on. The guy with 7 kids was protesting, spent all day in the council offices with all the kids, but he had to go in the end. The cost of keeping these people in London is astronomical, and none seemed grateful for the benefits, all just demanding to stay in London. :confused:

all they are interested in is their image and how much they can blag from the purse for the littlest amount of "work" they can get away with.

small wonder they want to claim asylum when they reach the UK rather than anywhere else on their journey.

I must admit that was my feeling as well, what an ungrateful load of freeloaders. They all seemed to think it's OK to come here, breed like rabbits, not work and be housed for free in one of the most expensive areas in the world.
I see 350,000 immigrants were not counted because inspectors were at WRONG airports, they only checked Manchester, Heathrow and Gatwick, you couldn't make it up.
