Hey guys,

Just to let you know, I have returned to the UK, Nottingham to be precise, (Not sure why Nottingham, it was the first plane out of Spain ) Nomad til the end.

I wasn't ready for Spain and I don't mind what people think about it. At least I finished first in the 'can't handle it' sweepstakes On the flip side, at least I had a go, alone. Some people never try.

I'm staying in a backpackers hostal, which is a large amount of fun at times, and looking to get serious about my music for the next two years now.
Thanks for all the concern and love sent my way, and to the peope who are hell bent on bringing negative energy to other people, I hope you find your happiness in life sooner rather than later.

On a positive note. I really did find myself out there. I have had more time to heal, to make a life decision. When you are alone for all that time, you can finally ask what YOU want out of life, and now I know.

I guess I'm no longer qualified to post here, lol, but it would good to stay on the forum if thats ok.

Keri, please continue to read and post here, we will be very pleased to hear from you, and I'm sure that goes for the VAST majority of the posters, those with only negative things to say are very much in the minority. You gave it your best, who knows, perhaps in a few more years..

Good to hear from you at long last. Glad your time in Spain helped you to decide where you want to go with your life, as you say you gave it a go and fate has lead you back to the UK.

I'm sure your experience of Spain will be of help to others who are thinking of making the same journey, so i look forward to hearing what you have to offer.

Marcus Aurelius once said "accept the things to which fate binds you, and love the people with whom fate brings you together, but do so with all your heart." I love this saying as I am a great believer in fate and things happen for a reason so maybe later in life your experience of the last few months and the people that you have meet will stand you in good steed.

The main thing is you made the leap into the unknown. It doesn't matter if it didn't work, loads of people just sit at home and talk about things they'd like to do and never do them! You were brave and did.
Maybe you'll return when your heart is less broken, and it will work out .
Good luck in whatever you do, be careful(Nottingham has some dodgy areas!) and keep in touch with those that were very concerned for you.

Hi Kerri, glad you are safe, nice to hear from you, do keep posting, Miss Naughty came to Spain and returned to UK, and she is still very active on the site, so, yes keep posting, you never know you may want to return when you are rich and famous !

If you feel the decision is right for you then that is all that matters, you can't say you didn't try. I think there are so many people on here that shared your visit to Spain and were worried for you that it is great that things have worked out for you now, not in Spain but that you now know what direction you are heading in even if it isn't out of the country. There were a lot of postings about you but that is because we were all worried about you, as for the negative ones, well just ignore them, put them out of your head and get on with your life, you are the only one who can lead it, the only person that can start to help you is yourself and then others can follow.
Good luck with your music and when you are famous we can all have you as our claim to fame and say that we followed your route to startdom! Keep posting.

Hi Kerri! Nice to hear from you again! All I can say is nothing ventured, nothing gained. You had a go, it didn't suit and you have lost nothing. Enjoy your new adventure.....can't wait to here your tales.....as I've never been backpacking...or stayed in hostels (what a sheltered life I've lead )
