Thanks everyone. I went there this morning, it opens at 9am. It says on the door an appointment is required, the phone number & web site are not great, hence difficult to get one. The lady inside comes to the door to call the next appointment and if they are late or no show, then she will take the next in line non-appointment person waiting. I was the third non-appointment and luckily only waited about half an hour. Cheers to all.
