Ayamonte setting an APN for a Meo sim

Ayamonte setting an APN for a Meo sim
Hi
this year I can't get my meo sim to work. It was brand new when I put it in the tp router yesterday. I've spoken to tp and they say I need an apn access point number, could be on the sim/ info in the packet.
anyone had to do this before? Can you give me an idea of the location of the numbers ie 7 first digits or last 13 etc. I can't get through to Meo (don't speak portuguese) and can't find d any English help on faq.
when I look via my Tether app it's showing APN dynamic but obvs isn't working. I'm in Costa Esuri.

The Access Point Network (APN) for Meo Portugal is 'internet'.
