Default Average rent for 1 bed appartment in Ayamonte

Hello, I am a newbie.

I have just moved here and am staying with colleagues at the moment. I am looking for a 1 bed appartment and wondered how much I should expect to pay per month, with or without bills. I would be looking to live not too far from the town centre, perhaps a 15 minute walk. I would be grateful if anyone could help with this.

Unless my geography is really bad it will take a lot more than 20 mins to walk from Gran Canaria to Ayamonte town centre.

Try Vincente of Euro Alquileres,Avenida Alcalde Narciso Martín Navarro, 4... Ayamonte

... and here, much further North, I can't even get 260 euros (not including bills).

(and I do know it's nowhere close but it gives a comparison).
