Default Anyone know of a long term let in Quesada?

Hi There

We are as a family planning on relocating from Aberdeen to Quesada. My 6 year old boy and myself did a visit last week and visited the school etc. We are sure that we want to be located walking distance from Quesada town centre - but we are still unsure as to whether to buy a villa or not. It does appear to be a buyers market at the moment but i guess the situation of the Euro does not install confidence in just racing in to buy - therefore we may consider a long term let - however due to the demand for these we are finding it increasingly difficult to get one. Therefore if anyone knows of any (see details below ) - then please give me a shout !

Requirements:

At least 2 Bed villa but would pref 3 - pref detached and access to a pool.
It would have to allow for our dog to come also - and if possible (not essential) be unfurnished.

Many Thanks in Advance

KAtya

I currently live in Quesada and the problem you will find at the moment is that villas with pools are virtually non existent at this time of the year. Owners prefer not to do long term lets and pray that they get a few summer lets at vastly inflated prices. I have tried virtually all the agents in Quesada and can really only recommend one. If you want to contact me privately I can give you their name and telephone.
