anyone having problems with their sky ?
mine was disconnected for a while yesterday and now I cant get any channel other than sky news 
anyone having the same problem ?

no problems at all. all channels working ok.
any error messages on the screen - or just "no signal being recived"?
does your other box work ok?
first thing to do is check the connections at the rear of the box.
second, unplug and go thru the changing default transponder process - do services 401 select as sometimes just doing services 4 4 does not load in all channels.
