Anyone else feeling a bit chilly already?

I have a feeling that we're in for another cold winter. I've been feeling really cold in the house for the past couple of weeks - back to long trousers and socks and having to put my old tracksuit top on while I'm on the computer as my hands are so cold!!!

Also, the duvet's firmly back on the bed - anyone else experiencing this or am I on my own ?

A crowd of us meet up in a local bar every Monday evening and last week everyone was in long trousers and winter woollies - apart from a couple of tourists in their shorts :)

I feel it's still too early to have any heating on so it's just a case of wrapping up a bit more for a while!

I teach Spanish to groups in a bar - we have actually sat inside a couple of times this week - even when it wasn't raining!!

one of my friends says she has her heating set to come on at 20 C & it keeps coming on at night!!!

No cooling down quick enough for me :)
No quilt yet, but have just closed the bedroom window at night. One dog on the bottom of the bed the other still half way up the stairs
Funny when we where in France (Cannes area) end of August we where thinking about putting a quilt on then, there.

I agree with you Fred....WHIMPS the lot of them! lol lol lol

I wear my shorts all year round near to Javea and get strange looks from the locals but I have the last laugh when they are drying their long trousers and jeans for a day or two after rains.
My legs dry in seconds! lol lol lol

No duvet yet but I've gone from sandals to boots without passing through the awkward shoe phase.

Well - the wind's whipping down from the mountain as I speak. It IS warmer outside but I have to use the computer inside - maybe I should just go for a walk to warm up!
