I have been looking at switching from Movistar to O2 - Fibre Optic internet and mobile services, looks a lot cheaper than Movistar - so what is the catch?

I was in Orange yesterday as they are stopping free roaming in UK. Vodaphone also going to so I imagine many Brits who live in Spain might be looking to change providers. Anyway Jaztel are cheap 29,95euros for fibre or 34,00 with Mobil. I'm going to get jaztel fibra only and a lobster card for 12 euros a month and that should be enough whilst leaving me with free uk calls and some roaming data.

That's weird because O2 is part of Movistar ???

The same is true of Jaztel and Orange. I went to Orange and they said that my Orange deal was twice the price of Jaztel and that they would change me over to Jaztel there and then. I asked why they didn't have the same deal on Orange but they said it was a separate entity but under the same company.

I think O2 does not offer so many services - TV etc - bit like Renault and Dacia...

So is anybody using O2?
