No but I could swear a friend mentioned someone near to them up near Mijas Golf having to keep dropping the price hoping to sell... will try to remember to post when I next speak to them.

They are nearly paying you to take them off their hand at Mijas Golf (one of our daughters lives there), some real bargains to be had for those who like that kind of area!

I would look at Mijas golf, it is not the top of the list of my favourite areas, but I
am looking for a real deal, a lot of house for the money, so I would look at it in this vein.

There are some very nice properties there, but do keep in mine that a large number of them are rented out in the summer months to tourists.
Our daughter and son-in-law have a house there and also an apartment that they rent out.
When we moved to Spain we spent our first three months in there... but even though we could have stayed there for free for the rest of our lives we just couldn't stand being amongst all those tourists and bought a house in the campo as fast as we could.

It all depends what you are after, for some coastal living is fine but for others like ourselves it's hell on earth!

Regarding price, good point by the way!

I am looking for a 3 bed villa (or more) with pool and maybe off road parking/garage, in Fuengirola.

It would not matter if it needed reformas, in fact it would be an advantage. I am looking up to E350K but most important of all it must be a bargain for what it is!

I am a cash purchaser so no mortgage difficulties!
