Talking Anybody find this funny.

I know it really is not funny ETA trying to kill Aznar, but writing a letter of complaint to the IRA for selling them defective missiles is a bit odd, maybe its normal in terrorist circles.

Does the Sales of Goods act in Spain/Ireland cover faulty missiles and entitle the purchaser a full refund after 28 days ?

I quote

"20 minutos meanwhile reports that police discovered several months later that the terrorist organisation had purchased three missiles in 1999, through a document found in the possession of Asier Oyarzábal, ETA’s then-logistics chief, who was arrested in September 2001. The document was a letter of complaint which accused the vendor of selling defective weapons; the letter was written in English to the IRA".

I think it's hilarious!
A dispute between two terrorist organisations is conducted by letters of complaint? Perhaps they need a terrorist ombudsman? Or a 'Rogue terrorist' TV show?

It's hardly Joe Pesci saying 'Do I amoose you?' is it?

If the sale was made in the U.K trading standards will help, they should issue a county court summons but if the transaction taken place in Spain they have no chance as theres no county court system

Would be an interesting Denuncia though.

A transaction between the Irish and the Spanish was doomed from the beginning.

I haven't read about the IRA link to this assassination attempt story.

Do you mean it's thanks to the IRA that Aznar still walks this earth?

I'm afraid the Libyan's can claim credit, unless the Irish damaged them.

Which wouldn't be unusual.

I'd bet money on the Spanish not understanding the instructions.
