It may well have been a recent change but my source on this info is Blevins Franks and of all the "financial advisors" out here they do seem to know what they are talking about.

Yes I go with that - Blevins Franks have been publishing their book "Living in Spain" for years (which they revise annually) and it is a very good investment!
