Another comercial center
This just appeared on Facebook: Antonio Rodriguez Castillo (Ayamonte´s mayor):"En el Pleno próximo, por fin se llevará el comienzo de la tramitación para la aprobación del nuevo Centro Comercial de la Escarbá. No ha sido fácil, captar inversores que estén dispuestos a gastarse casi 7 millones de euros y luego reunir los apoyos financieros necesarios para ello. Una buena noticia y una esperanza de futuro, ya que creara bastantes empleos. Pronto buenas nuevas sobre otro proyecto importante."

I dont think this is what the mayor is talking about... and I wonder where he wants to have a new centre (when others are failing).. maybe CE???
